We adhere to a strict policy of no overbooking. Therefore, once you have contracted services, we will turn away business in order to accommodate your schedule.
To avoid being charged cancel 24 hours prior to your scheduled daily visit.
In-Home sitting reservations require 7 days for cancellation. 2 weeks from the day of departure is required for holiday reservations.
New Years Eve and Day, Memorial Weekend, 4th of July Week, Labor Day Weekend, and from November 15th to December 30 (this icludes Thanksgiving and Christmas).
Payment for weekly visits is due on the last day of the visit. A text or Venmo invoice will be sent to confirm and request amount. After 72 hours, a late fee of $10 will apply and $5 every week after, until payment is received.
We do not provide shared pet care outside of the Sitting Fur Love staff and affiliates. We will not provide service for pets with another party or conduct in-home stays while someone else is staying on premises. Payment for in home stays are due in full prior to the start of the reservation.
Sometimes emergencies happen, our goal is to help you when you need it most, even at the last minute.
A $10 fee will apply to reservations made with less than 24 hours notice.
It is the pet-owner’s sole responsibility to pet-proof any areas of the home and/or property to which the pet has access. This includes thoroughly inspecting fences, gates, latches, doors and other devices meant to keep the pet inside or away from any ‘forbidden’ areas. The pet sitter does not assume and has no liability for any injuries the pet may sustain while in its own home.
We do not provide refunds, but use the remaining amount as a credit balance (only when the appropiate cancellation requirements have been met, see cancellations) on your account for future pet care needs. Your credits expire after 6 months.
